--- Terms and Conditions ---◆ Commissioned art is strictly only for personal use. Commercial use is prohibited unless discussed.◆ All rights belongs to the Illustrator and they can use the Illustration for commercial purposes.◆ Payment via Paynow or PayPal (SGD).◆ A maximum of 2 reasonable revisions during the draft/sketch phase is allowed.◆ Full payment should be sent after approval of sketch. I will not proceed with the render if payment has not been made.◆ Payment is due in 1 Week after approval of sketch. Failure to send the payment in due time will lead to cancellation of the commission.◆ Finished product will include: CSP and PNG files. Please request for a JPG if you'd like as well.◆ No refunds available once the commission is fully paid.--- Rights and Usage ---◆ I, the artist (haitang_21) retain all copyright over the commissioned illustration.◆ I reserve the rights to post the commissioned illustration on my socials and portforlio.◆ I will not claim the Intellectual Property of the Commissioned Illustration unless they all include my Original Characters in it.◆ The commissioner may not profit off of the Commissioned Illustration UNLESS they bought Commercial Rights to the said Commissioned Illustration.◆ The client cannot alter nor reproduce the Commissioned Illustration as that is considered Copyright Infringement.◆ The client cannot use the Commissioned Illustration for any kind of Artificial Intelligence Learning/Tools/Software as this is considered as Copyright Infringement.

◆ General Rules ◆
◆ I will accept commissions based on a queue system. If my slots are currently full I will let you know the duration of the wait time before I can get to your commission.◆ Please respond promptly if you want revisions to your sketch! It helps me speed up the process and you get your commission faster :]◆ You will be updated with Work In Progresses based on the 4 Stages of my Workflow as shown below in <Workflow>◆ I can and will refuse commissions based on the subject or content of the commission. Just a general rule of thumb, but I'm okay with NSFW as long as its not extreme (e.g. gore/excessive violence)◆ Please be respectful :D◆ As said before in the terms and conditions, payment is due 1 Week after sketch is approved. I reserve the rights to cancel your commission if you do not pay me.
◆ Workflow ◆
1. Lineart & Coloured Sketch. This is where revisions & changes will be made. I will provide a coloured sketch if required. After approval of sketch, payment must be made before proceeding to the next step in workflow.
2. Base colours. This is where your reference comes in!! I will follow your reference to the best of my abilities, just know that since this is the base colours, what you see will be different from when lighting and rendering is added!
3. Rendering stage!!! Applying some lighting as well to give you a better look at the final piece! I will also render the background during this stage
4. Lighting and Composition. This will be the finished product after all's said and done!!! Enjoy!!!
